These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bet999 ("bet999," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bet999 online gaming platform available at https://bet999.live and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bet999, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the bet999 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

bet999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bet999 may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

To access the full range of services available on the bet999 Platform, you must create a registered account. You may register by visiting the bet999 Login page and completing the registration process.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A valid Philippine mobile number.
• Your current residential address in the Philippines.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your details change, you must update your account promptly. bet999 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bet999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bet999 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet999 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bet999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bet999 support immediately.

All financial transactions on the bet999 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bet999 supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your bet999 account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• bet999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• bet999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bet999 may require you to submit supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your bet999 account.
• bet999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 5 for details.

bet999 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bet999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• bet999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

bet999 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional credit that was awarded in error or as a result of a technical malfunction. Players are advised to review the specific terms of each promotion before participating.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bet999 staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the bet999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of bet999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bet999.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any bet999 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of bet999's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws. bet999 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of any such infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information or content provided on the Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage caused by viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. bet999 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.

bet999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a current employee or contractor of bet999.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

You may close your bet999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of your account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

bet999 reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed or suspended account pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The bet999 Platform operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

bet999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes to the Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — bet999 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the bet999 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account.
